These terms govern your use of the website cphvisit.com, published by [name or company name]. By using the website, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.

The service

CPH Visit is a free guide for planning a trip to Copenhagen and following it once there. It requires no account, but the itinerary is sent by email, so your name and address are needed to get it. It sells no tickets, transport or accommodation and plays no part in your purchases from third parties.

Itinerary, opening hours and estimates

  • The itinerary is generated automatically. Arrival times, travel times and pass comparisons are estimates.
  • A stop not marked as closed may still be closed. Check opening hours, prices and bookings with official sources.
  • The map is schematic. It must not be used for navigation.

Your data

Your itinerary is sent to you by email and a copy stays on your device. If that copy is erased, for example when you clear your browser data, only the email lets you get it back. Anyone who receives your sharing link can read the itinerary it contains.

Third-party links and services

The website links to official sites and mapping services. The publisher does not control these services and is not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the website, not to attempt to bypass its security, and not to reproduce its content without permission, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

Availability

The website is provided free of charge and as is. The publisher may change or discontinue it at any time and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Offline mode depends on your device and browser.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for the consequences of inaccurate or outdated information, such as a closed venue, a different price or a missed journey. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by mandatory law, notably as a consumer.
